Initial Intake & Assessment Session

A thoughtful first step on your healing journey.

This 90-minute session is our time to get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you to therapy, the struggles you’re facing, and what you hope to find through this work. Together, we’ll explore your goals, current strengths, and resources, while I explain how I work and what therapy can offer.

This session helps us both understand if this is the right fit for you and your needs. If another path or referral would better support your healing, I’ll help connect you with the right resources.

The intake is an important foundation—when you’re ready to begin, this is the place we start, with care, clarity, and respect for your unique story. You’re welcome to reach out in either English or Spanish—whichever feels most comfortable to you

Standard therapy fees apply and are often covered by insurance.
