Therapy with me is not about pushing through or fixing what feels wrong.
It is about creating a safe, steady space where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen.

What therapy with me feels like

Therapy with me begins with a simple, honest invitation.
I often start by asking:

What is in your mind?
What is in your heart?
What do you want for yourself today?

These questions help us slow down so you can meet yourself where you truly are.
They also help your body settle and your inner world feel welcomed rather than pushed.

Sessions are calm, spacious, and shaped by your pace.

From there, we gently explore whatever is present for you.

Intake Assessment

A thoughtful first step on your healing journey

Your first session is an intake assessment.
This spacious session gives us time to understand what is bringing you to therapy, what you hope to find, and what support you need right now.

We explore your goals, your strengths, and any current challenges. You are welcome to ask questions and share whatever feels important. I will also explain how I work, so you have clarity about the process.

The intake helps us determine if we are the right fit and whether this approach will support your healing. If another path or referral is more appropriate, I will guide you with care.

This is where the therapeutic journey begins, with clarity, grounding, and respect for your unique story.

Standard Psychotherapy Session

A consistent, grounding space for you.

This session offers a steady, compassionate place to bring whatever is on your heart and mind.
Whether you are navigating a difficult moment, exploring old or new patterns, or simply longing to be met with presence and understanding, this session provides gentle support and emotional clarity.

It is a space to talk through what you are experiencing, reflect on your inner world, and begin to understand yourself with more compassion.
We move at a pace that feels comfortable, building a foundation of safety and connection.

**Extended Psychotherapy Session

Body and Mind Integration

Where your story meets your body.

This longer session invites you to slow down and gently turn inward.
We listen not only to your thoughts, but also to the quiet signals of your body, the emotions beneath your words, and the places inside you that may have been waiting for space.

Through guided awareness, grounding practices, and compassionate presence, we explore what is held beneath the surface and how it wants to be met.

This session may be right for you if you:

  • want to deepen your self-awareness and reconnect with yourself

  • are curious about how your body holds and expresses emotion

  • feel drawn to somatic work and need more spaciousness

  • want to meet parts of yourself you have hidden, silenced, or protected

This two hour session offers time to drop beneath the surface and listen deeply to your body, emotions, and inner knowing.
Using calming breath, gentle somatic awareness, and mindful inquiry, we create a safe, steady space to explore what is alive within you.

  • are navigating something complex that needs space, not pressure

  • want to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and emotional truth

Additional Information

Most insurance plans cover psychotherapy sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist.
Coverage varies, so I recommend connecting with your provider to confirm your benefits before beginning therapy.

Receipts are provided for reimbursement when applicable.

Sessions are offered in English and Spanish and available across Ontario.
