WEEKDAYS: 9:00am - 5:00pm.
My workshops are not lectures you sit through or checklists you’re expected to master.
They are living, breathing experiences that invite people to slow down, reflect, learn, and reconnect with themselves and each other. They blend self-awareness, embodiment, psychoeducation, and a touch of play, creating spaces that feel both meaningful and approachable.
Whether offered virtually or in person, workshops are designed to meet people where they are, with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

Workshops are interactive, reflective, and grounded in real life. They are informed by psychology and nervous system science, but delivered in a way that feels human, relatable, and accessible.
Depending on the group, workshops may include:
-practical psychoeducation around stress, emotions, and wellbeing
-embodied and somatic awareness practices
-moments of pause, reflection, and gentle inquiry
-storytelling and real-world examples
-opportunities for insight, connection, and sometimes laughter
No one is asked to overshare. Participation is always invitational. You get to engage in the way that feels right for you.
Workshops can be adapted to a wide range of audiences and settings. Common themes include:
-self-awareness and emotional literacy
-embodiment and reconnecting with the body
-stress, burnout, and sustainable wellbeing
-boundaries, capacity, and showing up without depletion
-resilience, presence, and inner leadership
-compassion, connection, and psychological safety
Each workshop is shaped around the people in the room, rather than a rigid script.
At the moment, there are no public workshops scheduled.
I am currently facilitating a private workshop for HMCS CARLETON, designed specifically for their Canadian Forces organization and context.
Public workshops may be offered virtually or in person in the future and will be shared as they become available.
If you would like to be the first to know, you are warmly invited to join my mailing list.
I am available to design and facilitate custom workshops for organizations, teams, and community groups.
These workshops are created collaboratively, with care given to your goals, your people, and your environment. They can be offered as standalone sessions, part of a series, or integrated into retreats, conferences, or wellbeing initiatives.
My experience includes working with leadership groups, service-based organizations, and high-responsibility environments where wellbeing, presence, and emotional resilience truly matter.
My facilitation style is warm, grounded, and engaging. I balance depth with lightness, and structure with flexibility.
I aim to create spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves, learning something new, and leaving with insights they can actually use.
If you’re part of an organization or group and feel drawn to this kind of experience, I’d love to explore what might be possible together.
Workshops can be adapted to your needs, whether that’s a single session or a longer series.
Courses offer a way to explore self-awareness, embodiment, and compassion outside the therapy room. They are designed for people who want to deepen their relationship with themselves at their own pace, in a way that feels accessible, reflective, and supportive.
This work is not about fixing yourself or striving to become someone else. It is about creating space to listen inward, soften old patterns, and reconnect with parts of you that may have been quiet for a long time.
Courses are educational and experiential. They are not psychotherapy, but they are informed by the same trauma-aware, compassionate values that guide my clinical work.
My courses are created as a complement to psychotherapy, not a replacement for it.
They are especially supportive if you:
-are curious about inner work but not ready for therapy
-want tools and practices to support your nervous system and emotional awareness
-are already in therapy and want gentle practices between sessions
-prefer learning in a self-paced or group format
-are seeking growth that feels embodied, reflective, and meaningful
Each course is designed with care, pacing, and choice, honoring the reality that everyone’s inner journey unfolds differently.
Many people move through life carrying invisible weight. The pressure to stay strong. The habit of putting others first. The quiet fear of being too much or not enough. And beneath it all, a longing to feel at ease within yourself.
Coming Home to Yourself is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what feels true for you.
Through guided practices, compassionate reflection, and simple tools for daily life, this course supports you in:
-reconnecting with your body and inner signals
-building gentler, more respectful boundaries
-softening self-criticism and inner pressure
-cultivating a kinder relationship with yourself
-feeling more grounded and present in your life
This course is about remembering that you were never broken.
You are invited to move at your own pace, take what resonates, and leave what does not.
💫 Investment: $47 CAD

Coming Home to Yourself is just the beginning.
More courses, guided practices, and learning experiences are being developed to support ongoing growth, embodiment, and self-connection.
These offerings will continue to reflect the same values of compassion, safety, and respect that guide all of my work.
Courses can be deeply meaningful, but they are not a substitute for individualized mental health care.
If you are navigating significant emotional distress, trauma, or mental health concerns, psychotherapy may be a more appropriate place to begin. Courses can then become a supportive addition alongside that work.
If you are unsure what feels right for you, you are always welcome to reach out.
