Retreats offer something different than therapy or courses. They create space away from daily life, where the nervous system can soften and the body can begin to exhale.

These gatherings are invitations to step out of routine and into presence. To listen more deeply. To reconnect with your body, your inner rhythms, and the parts of you that often get quiet when life moves too fast.

Retreats are not about becoming someone new. They are about returning to yourself with more ease, clarity, and aliveness.


How retreats fit within my work

My retreats are shaped by the same values that guide my psychotherapy and integrative work. Safety. Choice. Compassion. Respect for your nervous system.

They are experiential rather than instructional, and relational rather than performative. You are never pushed to share, release, or go deeper than feels supportive for you.

Retreats may include elements of:

-somatic awareness and body based practices

-gentle breathwork and guided inner exploration

-reflective practices and intentional pauses

-time in nature, rest, and unstructured space

-creativity, play, and moments of joy

-optional group connection and shared presence

Each retreat has its own rhythm and focus, but all are held with care, clarity, and attunement.

What makes these retreats different

These retreats are not about fixing, forcing breakthroughs, or performing healing.

They are designed for people who value depth, gentleness, and authenticity. For those who want to explore inner work while also laughing, resting, moving, and enjoying being human.

Joy and play are welcomed here, not as pressure to feel happy, but as natural expressions that can emerge when the body feels safe enough to soften.

Who retreats are for

Retreats may be supportive if you:

You do not need prior experience with retreats, breathwork, or somatic practices. Curiosity and willingness to listen inward are enough.

A note on safety and care

Retreats are not psychotherapy and do not replace mental health treatment. They are offered as experiential spaces for reflection, embodiment, and connection.

All retreats are approached with clear structure, informed consent, and respect for personal boundaries. Participation is always optional, and listening to your body is encouraged at every step.

Upcoming Women’s Retreat | Costa Rica

I am preparing a women-only retreat in Playa Potrero, a quiet coastal town known for its breathtaking sunsets, warm ocean air, and slower rhythm of life.

Just minutes walking from the beach and close enough to Tamarindo to access adventure and culture, Playa Potrero remains peaceful, grounded, and beautifully secluded. It offers the perfect balance of connection and retreat.

This gathering is an invitation to step out of the roles you carry and into a space designed for softness, joy, healing, and presence.

This retreat is being created for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember what it feels like to feel alive and at ease in their bodies.

Together, we will create space for:

-releasing emotional and physical holding that no longer serves you

-reconnecting with joy, playfulness, and pleasure without pressure

-gentle healing practices that honor your nervous system

-moments of reflection, clarity, and inner listening

-laughter, movement, rest, and shared presence

-meaningful connection within a supportive women’s circle

This is not about fixing yourself or striving for transformation.
It is about creating the conditions where growth and healing can emerge naturally.

Playa Potrero offers a sense of safety and simplicity. It invites rest without isolation and adventure without overwhelm. There will be time to enjoy the beach, explore the surrounding area, and simply be, without an agenda.

The environment itself becomes part of the healing.


A women-only space

This retreat is intentionally created as a women-only experience.

It is a space to soften, to be seen without explanation, and to connect without performing. A place where shared understanding, compassion, and presence can unfold naturally.

You do not need to arrive knowing anyone. You do not need to arrive knowing what you are seeking. Curiosity and openness are enough.
